AI Twins We use synthetic respondents (digital twins). We do not use real photos or biometric identifiers to build them.

1. What data we process

Depending on how you use Pollitics, we may process:

  • Account & authentication — name, email, hashed password or SSO identifier, preferred language.
  • Billing & invoicing — company name, VAT number, billing address, transaction metadata (handled via payment provider).
  • Support & contact — messages you send us (contact form or email), attachments you choose to provide.
  • Product telemetry — technical logs, device/browser info, coarse location by IP (country/city), events to secure and improve the service.
  • Cookies & similar technologies — see the Cookies section below.

Synthetic populations (AI respondents) — we generate digital twins from public statistics, research and modeled constraints. They are not real persons and do not include real personal photos, biometric identifiers or raw social media profiles.

  • Account data — kept while your account is active and up to 24 months after closure (unless a longer statutory period applies).
  • Billing records — kept per legal obligations (typically 10 years in France).
  • Support tickets — 18 months after resolution, unless needed for legal claims.

Synthetic populations are regenerated and re-calibrated; they are not personal data and are versioned for reproducibility.
